We offer both online and in-person tutoring, depending on the location and availability. Online tutoring is conducted via reliable platforms like Zoom or Google Meet, with screen-sharing, collaborative whiteboards, and other interactive tools. In-person tutoring is available in select areas across Melbourne.
We understand that schedules can change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for full rescheduling or refund. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full, depending on tutor availability. We encourage open communication so we can accommodate changes where possible.
